A native of Southeast Texas, Brooke Wilhelm focuses her practice on bad faith insurance claims while also handling family law and personal injury matters. Brooke Wilhelm completed her early education in Deweyville, Texas, before embarking on her academic journey at Lamar State College-Port Arthur. There, she excelled as a first baseman for the Seahawks softball team from 2014 to 2016, earning an athletic scholarship for her performance on the field. She then transferred to Texas State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing between 2016 and 2018. During her time at Texas State, Brooke excelled academically, finishing in the top 15% of her class, receiving an academic scholarship, and winning awards for her writing and performance in a mock moot court competition.
Continuing her education, she pursued a law degree at Mississippi College School of Law from 2019 to 2022. While in law school, Brooke served as a Barbri Student Representative and participated in the Veteran’s Clinic, providing legal services to local veterans, which reflects her commitment to community service. She was admitted to the Texas State Bar in October 2022 and is currently a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association.
Brooke’s practice areas include family law, where she focuses on cases involving adoption, child custody, child support, and divorce, as well as personal injury and bad faith insurance claims. Her compassionate approach to client representation and her dedication to advocating for their rights underscore her commitment to helping individuals navigate complex legal challenges. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and embracing outdoor activities.
